- Prepayment: Minimum interest
Construction Lending
- Minimum Loan Amount: $10 million (Can be across multiple assets)
- Loan-to-Value: Up to 90%
- Interest Rate: Starting at SOFR + 400 and above
- Term: 3+1+1
- Origination Fee: 1.0%
- Amortization: Interest-Only
- Prepayment: Minimum interest
