Andover Properties Announces Launch of Squeeky’s Car Wash Brand

Andover Properties, a leading real estate investment firm focused on alternative asset classes, today announced the launch of Squeeky’s Car Wash, a wholly-owned brand to own and operate car wash assets nationally.

To date, Andover has acquired three car washes in Florida and South Carolina that will become Squeeky’s Car Wash locations, with additional properties under contract to be acquired. The current locations are:

• 1693 Hwy 17, Little River, SC 29566
• 3264 Tyrone Blvd N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710
• 1501 US-301 Tampa, FL 33619

Each location will undergo a significant renovation, focused on upgrading and modernizing the property’s equipment and appearance. The company is actively seeking to grow its footprint across the U.S. through acquisitions. It is focused on properties located in areas with high vehicle traffic and nearby shopping, grocery store, or other retail uses.
