Liberty Hill, TX – June 27, 2024 – Andover Properties, a real estate investment firm focused on alternative asset classes, is happy to announce the expansion of one of its Storage King USA facilities, located at 14774 W State Hwy 29, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.
The expansion adds 20,201 rentable square feet to the facility, featuring 137 new climate-controlled storage units. This increases the amount of climate-controlled space by 75%, meeting the growing customer demand for this popular amenity.
The expansion also includes new open parking options, with spaces ranging from 12 x 40 feet to 12 x 25 feet. The facility now spans 75,824 square feet, reinforcing our commitment to offering diverse storage solutions to the community.
