ANDOVER PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES MAJOR EXPANSIONS AT TWO STORAGE KING USA FACILITIES IN TEXAS

Seguin, TX – May 16, 2024 – Andover Properties, a leading real estate investment firm focused on alternate asset classes, is pleased to announce a significant, 78,900 square foot total expansion across two of our self-storage facilities in Seguin, Texas, operated under the Storage King USA brand.

Located at 1842 Interstate 10 Frontage Road, Seguin, TX 78155, the first facility has undergone a substantial expansion, adding 61,500 gross rentable square feet to its existing footprint,  bringing its total square footage to 135,811 square feet. This expansion includes a diverse range of storage options to cater to various customer needs.

The newly added space comprises climate-controlled units spanning 18,200 square feet, offering 128 units to accommodate customers seeking temperature-regulated storage solutions. Additionally, the expansion includes 7,000 square feet of drive-up units, providing convenient access for customers looking for easy loading and unloading.

Andover Properties has further introduced more enclosed RV storage, featuring 30,200 square feet of space for units available in two sizes: 14 ft. x 40 ft. and 14 ft. x 50 ft. These units come equipped with power and lighting, offering customers a secure and convenient storage solution for their recreational vehicles.

The second facility, located at 122 Lettau Avenue, Seguin, TX 78155, with easy access to Interstate 10, unveiled 17,400 square feet of drive-up expansion across 79 units. This brings the Lettau location to 76,460 square feet, with 421 total units.
