Andover Properties Acquires Second Naples, FL Self Storage Facility

NEW YORK CITY, NY – August 2, 2023 – Andover Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 105,000 SF self-storage facility in Naples, FL. The facility, previously operated as Jim’s Stowaway, will be rebranded under Andover’s Storage King USA brand.

The property offers over 600 storage units that are both climate controlled and conventional drive-up. It also includes two retail storefronts currently occupied by Napa Auto Parts and KC Marble & Tile. The asset is located less than 1,000 feet from Storage King USA’s existing asset in Naples.
