Andover Properties Acquires “Ultimate Boat and RV Storage” in Litchfield Park, AZ

Andover Properties (dba Storage King USA) has recently acquired “Ultimate Boat and RV Storage,” its fifth property in the Phoenix area. The property totals 314,000 square feet across 16 acres and provides high quality, secure, covered parking for vehicles, boats, and RVs. The property is highly-amenitized and features power hook-ups, water and dump stations, 24/7 security and surveillance, 50-foot turn aisles, and detailing and wash bays.
