Andover Properties, LLC (dba STORAGE KING USA) – a private Real Estate Investment Company focusing on Self-Storage adds New Jersey facility with 70,000 SF acquisition.

Andover Properties, LLC (dba Storage King USA) has recently acquired Tamarack Self-Storage & Warehousing, Inc. – a 70,000 SF Self Storage facility in Neptune, NJ. Andover closed on the transaction in January of 2015.

The re-branded Storage King USA is located at 3403 Highway 33, Neptune, NJ 07753 and features 546 self-storage rooms totaling almost 70,000 net rentable square feet. Property amenities include perimeter fencing and gated access.

New York City based Andover also owns and operates self storage facilities in Newark and Passaic NJ. Andover owns and operates a total of 17 Self-Storage facilities in New Jersey, North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Tennessee under its trade name Storage King USA (storagekingusa.com).
